Terms and Conditions — 000xxx Online Gaming Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 000xxx ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing 000xxx, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

000xxx operates an online gaming platform offering sports betting, live casino games, Andar Bahar, Ludo Games, Fishing Games, and related services. These Terms apply to all services available on 000xxx, present and future. Use of the platform in any capacity — even if you have not completed registration — constitutes acceptance of the Terms in force at that time.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using 000xxx immediately and not create or maintain an account. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

To use the full services of 000xxx, you must register a player account. To be eligible to register, you must meet all of the following requirements:

Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility rules are subject to immediate closure. Real money balances may be returned at 000xxx's discretion, but bonus balances will be forfeited in all cases of ineligibility.

000xxx is required to verify the identity of its players. This is a standard requirement across all legitimate financial and gaming platforms — it protects both you and the platform from fraud, money laundering, and underage use.

As part of the KYC process, 000xxx may request the following documents from any player at any time:

• A clear image of your National Identity Card (CNIC) — front and back
• A selfie holding your CNIC alongside your face
• Proof of payment method (screenshot of Easypaisa or JazzCash account showing your name and mobile number)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or any government document showing your home address)

KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. 000xxx typically processes KYC submissions within 24 hours during business days. Pending KYC does not prevent you from playing — only from withdrawing funds.

Providing fraudulent documentation will result in immediate and permanent account closure, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in reporting to NADRA or other relevant authorities.

All financial transactions on 000xxx are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted on 000xxx:

Withdrawal Rules: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. You cannot withdraw to a different mobile number or bank account than the one verified under your 000xxx account. This anti-money-laundering rule is strictly enforced.

Processing Times: The 30-minute withdrawal target for Easypaisa and JazzCash applies to fully KYC-verified accounts. Accounts pending verification or under review may experience longer processing times. 000xxx does not guarantee specific processing times for accounts under compliance review.

Deposit Errors: If you make a deposit error — wrong amount, wrong account — contact support immediately with your transaction reference. 000xxx will assist in recovering misdirected funds where possible, but is not liable for errors caused by incorrect information provided by the player.

000xxx offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. Accepting a bonus means you agree to the specific terms attached to that bonus. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless the specific promotion states otherwise:

000xxx reserves the right to modify, cancel, or refuse any bonus at any time. All bonus decisions made by 000xxx are final.

The following rules govern all sports bets placed on 000xxx, including cricket, football, and any other sport available on the platform:

Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once 000xxx's system displays a bet ID and confirmation screen. Bets that fail to generate a confirmation have not been accepted — do not assume the bet was placed. If a confirmation does not appear and your account balance has been deducted, contact support immediately with details.

Bet Settlement: All bets on 000xxx are settled according to official results from the sport's governing body. For cricket — Pakistan's primary sport — this means PCB, ICC, or the relevant board's official announcements. Any subsequent review, appeal, or award reversal that occurs after settlement has already been processed does not affect bet settlement unless 000xxx determines it appropriate at its sole discretion.

Match Abandonment: If a match is abandoned before the minimum required play for settlement (typically 50% of overs completed for limited-overs cricket), all bets on that match are voided and stakes returned. Bets on completed innings or segments within an incomplete match are settled normally.

Pricing Errors: In cases of obvious pricing errors — odds significantly outside market norms due to a technical error — 000xxx reserves the right to void affected bets. Players who appear to have deliberately targeted pricing errors to gain an unfair advantage may have accounts reviewed under the abuse policy.

All casino games and live dealer games available on 000xxx — including Andar Bahar, Teen Patti, Roulette, Baccarat, Fishing Games, and Ludo — are operated using certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for software games, and live dealer studios with physical playing cards and professional dealers for live table games.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are published on the individual game information pages. 000xxx does not modify or interfere with game results — outcomes are determined by the game provider's certified software or by the live dealer process as seen on the live stream.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a live game round — disconnection, stream failure, dealing error — the round will be void and all bets returned. 000xxx is not responsible for connectivity issues on the player's side (poor internet, device failure) that cause a player to miss a round already in progress. Bets already placed and confirmed at the time of the player's disconnection remain active.

Fishing Game jackpots and progressive features are subject to additional terms published within the specific game. Maximum win caps may apply — these are displayed within the game interface before play begins.

The 000xxx Refer a Friend programme allows eligible players to earn referral rewards when people they invite successfully join and deposit. The following specific terms apply:

• The referred friend must be a genuinely new player — never previously registered on 000xxx.
• The referred friend must register specifically through your unique referral link. Verbal referrals or referrals completed without the link do not qualify.
• The referred friend must make a minimum first deposit of Rs 500 for the referral bonus to be triggered.
• Referral rewards are credited within 24 hours of the qualifying deposit, and are typically instant for verified accounts.
• Referring family members who share the same household is permitted, provided they are genuinely separate individuals with different CNICs and different mobile numbers.
• Systematic abuse of the referral programme — including creating fake accounts to generate referral rewards — constitutes fraud and will result in permanent bans for all accounts involved and forfeiture of all balances.

000xxx reserves the right to modify referral reward amounts, tier structures, and programme rules at any time. Changes apply to future referrals from the date of the change — existing pending referrals are honoured under the terms in place at the time of the qualifying action.

000xxx is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. We take our obligations to player welfare seriously and provide the following tools free of charge to all registered players:

If 000xxx's monitoring systems detect behaviour patterns consistent with problem gambling — rapid loss of substantial deposits, repeated attempts to circumvent self-exclusion, etc. — we reserve the right to impose protective limits or initiate contact with the player without prior request. We take this seriously.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 000xxx account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 000xxx will never ask for your password via email, chat, SMS, or phone call. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from 000xxx and asking for your password, it is a phishing attempt — report it to support immediately.

If you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your knowledge, contact 000xxx support immediately to have the account frozen. 000xxx cannot accept responsibility for losses incurred as a result of you sharing your login details with another person, using an insecure shared device, or failing to maintain basic password security.

000xxx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any player account, and to cancel or void any bets or bonuses, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Provision of false identity information during registration or KYC
• Operating multiple accounts simultaneously
• Use of software, bots, or automated tools to gain an unfair advantage
• Suspected fraudulent activity including but not limited to payment fraud, chargeback abuse, or bonus manipulation
• Collusion with other players or involvement in match-fixing or corruption
• Player request (account closure or self-exclusion)

In cases of voluntary closure, any real money balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method within 5 business days. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary closure. In cases of closure for breach of terms, real money balances may be withheld pending investigation and returned at 000xxx's discretion.

000xxx provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Planned maintenance, unexpected outages, or third-party service disruptions may affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 000xxx's total liability to any player in connection with the use of the platform — whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

000xxx is not liable for: losses arising from the player's own decisions and bets; technical failures on the player's side (device, network, browser); third-party payment provider delays beyond our control; or losses resulting from account compromise caused by the player's failure to secure their credentials.

000xxx reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email and/or by a prominent notification displayed upon your next login. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Minor clarifications, grammatical corrections, and non-material adjustments may be made without advance notification, though the updated Terms will always be available on this page. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for any updates. Continued use of 000xxx after a change to these Terms has been communicated constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
